Good News Day
Camp 2010! DAILY SCHEDULE - is from 9:15 am to 3:00 pm - Monday through Friday. It will include Bible Study, crafts, recreation, missionary time, surprises, snack time, and lots of fun! AGES - Boys and Girls ages 6 to 12 years old ( children entering 1st grade up through children who have completed 6th grade ). COST - only $20.00 for the entire week. This covers crafts, snacks, juice, daily treats, insurance, and awards. If unable to attend after registering, the fee will be refunded. TRANSPORTATION - We will try to work out a transportation schedule. If you can provide transportation for your child and others, it will be appreciated; please indicate that on the registration form. You will be contacted the week prior to camp regarding transportation. FOOD - Bring a bag lunch ( with your name on it ). We provide a drink at lunch and a snack in the afternoon. ITEMS - Wear sports clothes and sneakers ( or sturdy shoes ) for participating in an active camp program. We prefer the children to wear sneakers instead of flip-flops or sandals for recreation. NAMES - on lunch boxes, Bibles, sweaters or jackets (for cool days) will help us keep track of the children's belongs. Any articles left at Day Camp and not claimed for 30 days, will be disposed of. SUPERVISION - of campers is carefully maintained by Christian leaders under the sponsorship of CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP OF YORK COUNTY, INC. STAFF - will include a director, camp nurse, Bible teacher, craft director, recreation director, an adult counselor and teen helpers for each age group.. GOOD NEWS DAY CAMP - is dedicated to providing a well-rounded program to meet the spiritual, physical and social needs of boys and girls. CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP - is a non-denominational Christian organization. PRE-REGISTRATION - is encouraged. Please try to have the registration form to us at least one week before Day Camp begins. We want to have adequate supplies and staff for each camper, so we encourage you to register early. Thanks.
